As part of the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology’s mission to encourage economic development and job growth in New Jersey; NJCST is placing New Jersey post-doctoral graduates in New Jersey Technology Companies.

This website is designed to facilitate communication between eligible post-doctoral graduates and interested companies from within the state. Through this site post-docs will be able to post their skills for companies to view and companies will be able to post their goals and job descriptions.

Fellowship Facts:

• The New Jersey Fellowship program offers fellowships with a salary of $65,000 the first year and $75,000 the second year to selected PhD or MBA graduates who are hired by New Jersey Technology Companies. For second year funding companies are required to provide a $25,000 contribution toward the fellowship salary
• Each application must be filed jointly by the graduate and the company

• Click on the appropriate link – either Post-doctoral graduate or company
• Once there you will receive directions on how to register with the site
• Once you have registered you will have the option of whether or not to make your information visible for other registered users to view
• Also, once you are a registered user you will be able to browse through postings
• Following each round of awards, the postings on this website will be cleared to allow for up-to-date entries. You are welcome to resubmit your information for each new round of this program
